Led the re-establishment and growth of a student chapter into the largest Girls Who Code chapter in the South Atlantic region with over 70+ members.
Established a paid mentorship program, securing stipends for mentors to support sustained, equitable participation.
Directed digital strategy, communications, and programming to increase student engagement and retention.
Collaborated with campus partners and external organizations like Google and Dropbox to plan workshops, speaker events, and technical programming.

Co-Founded and led a 4-week summer leadership and research program empowering Black youth to address community issues including Environmental Justice, Health Disparities, Education Equity, and Mental Health Awareness

Designed and delivered a comprehensive weekly curriculum, including structured lessons, research milestones, and solution-oriented assignments
Supported 30 students in coordinating research projects and developing community-based solutions, resulting in 4 published student-led projects
Raised $1,200 in program funding to support operations, materials, and participant engagement
Designed and built www.takeleadimpact.org, showcasing student project portfolios with an emphasis on accessibility, storytelling, and user experience
